Hi,

I found the results from Timeline Sec. Struc. and RMSF quite useful for my
system.
My problem has been the output which can be saved as .tml or .eps files.
Editing the
.eps files hasn't been easy in my case, I have tried Inkscape but it became
"not responding". Gimp can open the file but it seems that manually I would
need to edit
all the labels. I don't know how to deal with .tml files. On the internet I
found that
Matplotlib could work.

Is there any recommended way to create a publication quality figure with
the output
of Timeline? Thanks.
