Ah, sorry, I see what you mean now. I don’t know how to address this directly, but on a macbook, you can increase the screen resolution. When I do that, I see it.
Best,
JC

Hello JC thank you for your kind update:).
If this is true from the screenshot you attached where and or how would I edit the entries as the
tutorial Step 6 indicates below:
6 Update the dihedral parameters in the refine section as given in Table 2.
?
Thanks:)

You’re not missing any boxes. I attach an image of what I see.
As to your other error, I have no idea. I don’t think trying to put any file in that box should through an error. Maybe it’s a weird Mac M1 issue, but I don’t think anyone else has seen it.
Best,
JC

The EDIT ENTRY is only half visible and the boxes beneath for the edits are completely hidden, accordingly I think this is
a software issue unless you or someone else knows of a way for me to elongate this section.
Also I tried instead using the other VMD version VMD 1.9.4a57-arm64-Rev12 but the Opt Torsion Tab, NAMD Binary Input
will not allow me to input namd2 Unix Executable File, when I try I receive the error:
THE OPEN FILE OPERATION FAILED
The Open File Operation Failed to Connect to the Open and Save Panel Service (see screenshot attached)
(I will make a seperate post for this problem.)
Thanks if you know:)

Oh, sorry, I see the screenshot you sent earlier. You aren’t missing anything. The “edit entry” is just a little text but no entry boxes, just the kmax, etc.
Best,
JC

Hi Joel,
Can you close other parts of the tab? I don’t think your resolution needs to be that high to show *just* the refine part, assuming all others are closed.

JC

...and my VMD Version being used towards this problem is: VMD 1.9.4a57-x86_64-Rev12
accordingly should I try a different DMV Version to get passed this, I believe, software error?
Thanks:)

Hi I am on the ffTK Opt Torsions Tab, Refine Section and need to amend
my values, however, the Edit Entry Section is not visible. Is there a special
way that I may elongate this section to make my amendments? (See-screenshot).
Thanks if you know:),
