Dear VMD Users
I did a simulation of a metal oxide nanotube using LAMMPS, by looking at
the trajectories in the VMD file (file.lammpstrj components x , y, z, vx
,vy, vz) I was able to verify that it rotates the tube, so I used the RMSD
trajectory tool extension with the ALING option for rotation. However I
want to save in a file the xu yu zu vx vy vz components that do not have
the rotation, any suggestion or option in TCL script please.
Sincerely
Eduardo
