For reasons that I assume are historical, there are two identical
function calls. One is the "measure gofr" command in the measure command
documentation
(https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/current/ug/node138.html), which
uses the CPU. The other is a "measure rdf" command, which should give
identical output, except it uses the GPU codepath.
