Dear Users,

 

I am obtaining the resids for a given selection along a trajectory, I want to write this data as a matrix where the rows are the frames and the columns are each residue obtained, since I try to do that, but I only obtain two columns, where 1 is the frames and the second one enters the resids but as a list and a string in the output file, and I can't read it with numpy.

 

If you could tell me how to do it correctly please,
