Hi,

It is possible to display a dynamically updating simulation box using the
PBCTools plugin, which is built in to recent versions of VMD. The Tk
command is, for example:

pbc box -color yellow

It is possible to print the simulation box vectors, using the command:

pbc get -now

Is there a straightforward way to print those box vectors _to the VMD
display_? If possible, I would like the box vectors to dynamically update
as the trajectory is played (my system's box size varies over time to keep
the pressure constant).
