All the VMD renderers make by default the image as large as the display
window, so typing the command "display resize X Y" in the VMD command
window prior to rendering is the simplest way to achieve the desired
resolution XxY.
Otherwise you may define the render size either by command line options
or within the input file but this is specific to the renderer backend
software.
