While optimising dihedrals I checked "Save MM Traj." but can't find the
trajectory anywhere after the run is complete. I've looked in the VMD and
NAMD root directories, the directory from which I ran VMD, and my project
directory, but there appears to be no trace of any trajectories. Does
anyone know where these are saved?
