Greetings

I have solvated a nano tube in a box. The tube is aligned at the center of
the box. I need to remove the water molecules within the nanotube and apply
the tube as boundary conditions so that the water molecules and the tube
form an interface. Can someone guide with the script for the above
mentioned criteria?
