Hi. I have a system with water molecules and CNT, unfortunately the CNT is
packed at the corner of the box. I want to move the CNT to the center of
the box and remove the water molecules with in the CNT.

The Structure is packed used packmol.
How can i align the CNT to the center of box and remove the water molecules?
