Hi
    I am trying to use Prody in VMD. however the version which is installed
in my computer is not working so I installed prody separately. Now I want
to tell VMD to use the prody that I installed and not the old one. How can
I do that? Although I put the path of prody that I installed before the
path of old prody in my environment variable, VMD is still using the old
prody which has some issue.
