Dear Experts,

I would like to create amorphous SiO2 using "Inorganic Builder" in VMD. The
basis vectors defined for this material are AX: 57.30659 BY: 57.30659 CZ:
58.173357.

Is there any way to create this amorphous layer thinner than what this
builder offers? By using box dimensions as the minimum size of 1, I am
getting an a-SiO2 with a minimum thickness of around 5.8 nm. My question is
how can I cut this amorphous atomic configuration or define in thinner?
