Dear sir/madam
 I want to calculate the rmsd of each residue over a specified time. I find
a script in vmd mailing list but it gives rmsd vs residues i.e. for each
residue there is only one rmsd value but I want the rmsd of each residue
over a specified time period. So sir/madam could you provide me a script
for this?
