Hi Josh,

you are right, thank you for pointing that out. It seems like I was
confusing with something else. According to the manual
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/2.12/ug/node12.html, "If duplicate
parameters are read, a warning message is printed and the last parameter
value read is used."

So in this case, please move the
parameters
command
of your stream file to the end of the "parameters ..." commands
sequence
