Hello,

I have VMD 1.9.4 on my Mac, OS Sierra. Whenever DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is
defined in my .bashrc file, vmd does not perform any structural alignment
using MultiSeq. The error that MultiSeq throws is:

"dyld: warning, unknown environment variable: DYLD_LYBRARY_PATH"

If I eliminate DYLD_LYBRARY_PATH from my .bashrc, MultiSeq works fine and
the error disappears. Does anybody know how to get rid of the error, while
keeping DYLD_LYBRARY_PATH in .bashrc?
