Your best bet is the "VMD Movie Plugin".
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/plugins/vmdmovie/
It normally comes with VMD so all you need to do is:
Click on "Extension -> Visualization -> Movie Maker" and the rest should be
straight forward.
