Dear All,
I have been trying to compile VMD plugin because I need to run the attached
script. However, it is too difficult to a newbie like me. I use this
instruction

when I run make LINUX TCLINC=$TCLINC TCLLIB=$TCLLIB/lib_LiNUX

compilation terminated
make[2]: *** [../compile/lib_LINUX/tcl/hesstrans1.0/hesstrans_warap.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [dynlibs] Error 1

make: *** [LINUX] Error 2

Can anyone help me to get rid of these error?
