periodic cell has become too small

Hi,NAMDers:
   since I updated NAMD to 2.5 version,by all appearances,there are more error reports of below kind:"periodic cell has become too small for original patch grid,possible solution are to restart from a recent checkpoint,increase margin or disable UseFexibleCell for liquid simulation. " The only effective solution to me is increasing margin.
 what is the reason,and what is the solution?
 
 any comment welcome!!
