What is VND?

VND is a neuroscience-specialized adaptation and repackaging of the popular molecular visualization program VMD. VND supports the SONATA neuronal network modeling file format and can create visualizations of the structure and dynamics of neuronal simulations.

Key features of VMD include:

• Support for multicore processors
• Support for GPU accelerated computation
