Hi,
 I have tried to hollow out the virus by removing any atoms closer to the
center than e.g. 135 A. However, this does not seem to work either as
the program crashes as well. I am afraid that this is due to the fact that
residues become truncated and there is no correct backbone!
Anyhow, thanx for the suggestions! Dieter
