Dear all,
Please see the attached figure of the PMEPOT surface potential map for
reference. I have two similar proteins, and I have overlapped their
structure and surface potential maps. I would like to represent the
surface potential map using two different types of color sets, e.g.,
for molecule 1: RGW color method
for molecule 2: BWG color method.

Is it possible to use two different color methods at the same time?
