Dear vmd users,
I am trying to use IED (a Python programm for performing essential
dynamics) in combination with VMD but when I "gopython
/home/vcojoca/Software/IED/ied-2.01/ied.py" I get the following error.
Could somebody guide me with what libraries are missing and how to get
rid of this error?
Thank you very much
vlad
