Hi everyone,

I ran a QMMM simulation with the QwikMD plugin with orca and now I would like to visualize the behavior of the orbitals during the generated trajectory, how visualize them during dynamics? I tried using the tutorial http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/qmmm/orbital.html but it does not recognize the files I load.

My VMD version is 1.9.4a51
