Greetings experts,

I am trying to make a Silver nanoparticles covered with FMN
molecule(building block of iLOV protein.

I tried docking but only one molecule can be docked on the nanoparticle and
maybe hundreds of molecules are required to fully cover the surface of
nanoparticle.

Can anyone suggest any other method to achieve this?

I wish to check the stability of complex in water using NAMD.

I'll be grateful for any suggestions.
