Hi,

yes it's possible:
use the function to log every our steps in vmd (you find this in the menu "file"), so you see how everything should be written, when you're make a representation and change it's options.
Keep in mind, the representation-ID is not as fixed as the mol-ID: it will change if you delete a representation.

And for more information is your preferred search-site your friend to find the current help page for representations in vmd.

Greetings VMD users,

i would like to know if it is possible to display representations through the Tk Console.

I want to include this to a tcl script, so everything come up with sourcing the script.
