Hello,

Is there a way to save velocities with VMD?
I am inputting Gromacs *.gro format and trying to save into DESRES Mae format.
It is writing the coordinates but not the velocities. Do I need a plugin?

Converting Gromacs file to any format that will save velocities will be fine too.
