Hi,

I am not sure what the following error message means and how to fix it
either for VMD 1.9.3 and 1.9.4. Is this due to the size of the dcd file?
Does the binary installation for macOS not support large files and do we
need to install VMD from source?

VMD(6420,0xa6f4a1c0) malloc: *** mach_vm_map(size=405504) failed (error
code=3)

*** error: can't allocate region

*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

VMD version: 1.9.3/1.9.4
OS: macOS Seirra 10.12.6, 64-bit

Any help is much appreciated.
