There is no "sqlite" command in VMD. The "dmsplugin" by D. E. Shaw Research
is compiled against the sqlite database library, so at runtime, libsqlite.so
is loaded by the dmsplugin code, but VMD itself does not use sqlite.
If you have loaded some external Tcl/Tk package or Python module that
is linked against libsqlite.so, you may have inadvertently created a runtime
conflict between incompatible versions of libsqlite. Did you add some
new plugin to VMD? If not, there should not be an "sqlite" command otherwise.
