Dear VMD-L,
  I've just posted the latest versions of all of the VMD
plugins for people that wish to download and install them.

This latest update includes two improvements to the DCD plugin
that cause DCD files to written out in Charmm format with unit
cell information, and fixes a recently reported bug reading
Charmm trajectories with fixed atoms in the case requiring
byte-swapping for opposite endianness machines.

A new Tripols 'mol2' reader plugin has been written, which
reads all of the basic molecular structure data from mol2 files.

Miscellaneous minor coding and consistency improvement updates
have also been made to the various PDB-related plugins, the Amber 'parm'
plugin, and the 'pqr' plugin used for working with packages such as APBS.

The new plugins are posted for download here:

If anyone encounters unexpected behavior with the new plugins, please
let us know.
