Hi:
"autopsf: can't read "logfilename"" has been posted often, even by
myself in the past, and always resulted from mistakes (any kind of) in
running autopsf. This time, with two instances of the same metal
complex, differing in coordination, in the protein, after many
attempts I am unable to catch the mistake. There are only four patches
per complex to apply.
Is any flag to add to get the output verbose? That question applies to
psfgen, too, which I am considering to use, in the hope to get a clue.
thanks
francesco pietra
