As you mentioned in the description thatthe script cant distinguish between calcium and alpha carbon in the RSCB pdbfile, I want to download the pdbfile and modify symbol of calcium init . modifying in script also needed. Modify in the script: mol pdbload $entry => mol new $entry.pdb; ZN =>CAL Download pdbfile from RSCB which contains calciumand modify it : the symbol for cal! cium CA => CAL.
