I am running Windows Vista with a dual core intel 2.1 GHz and 4GB of RAM.
Using VMD version 1.8.6 and 1.8.7 it always crashes when trying to load more
than 5000 steps into a structure file to view using the OpenGL display. I
know other people in my lab have experienced a similar issue. I searched the
mailing list/bugs/FAQ and could find nothing similar reported. Any help
would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
