Hi
  VMD users , I have problem in analysing the NETCDF (.nc) file of AMBER
trajectory in VMD 1.8.7 ver of windows as they seem to not have the file
format for reading.
I have also tried to patch the plugin of .nc from Unidata and followed thier
installation methon for windows to put all the files in C:/Windows/system32.
but it didnt work for me.
please help me with this problem
