Dear vmd users,
First, I was confused by the user guide.
The angle in the argument is "180 - angle formed by donor, hydrogen, and
acceptor".
Second, The return indices in the guide are correct. The second list
contains acceptors.
This is my mistake.
Sorry for the confusion.
