Hi everyone, I'm tryong to run vmd 1.8.7a63 in a macbook, when I download a
pdb and try to represent it with a MSMS surface appears the following
message:

Info) Starting MSMS with: 'msms -no_area -socketPort 1357 &'
msms(879) malloc: *** mmap(size=3623616512) failed (error code=12)
*** error: can't allocate region
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
ERROR) Unknown MSMS message: multivac.local: get_atom_no_num: Memory
allocation failed...Too many or Too few points : -1

If I try to do the same but with vmd 1.8.6 everything runs fine. Also, when
working with vmd 1.8.7a63 appears a "cursor" on the left of the pointer,
this is no a problem I just want to nottice.
