Hello Everyone,

I have a simple question regarding the SMD example: Constant Velocity
Pulling on Ubiquitin in the NAMD tutorial
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/namd/namd-tutorial-unix-html/node17.html

Did anyone run this example successfully? I got an error as: TCL: Running
for 20000 steps

FATAL ERROR: # of groups forced != # of groups requested

I have no idea what it is about.
