It's actually not that intuitive. I'm pretty sure the angle in question is measured from 180 (in other words 180 is 0)... But yes, probably more a VMD question

There’s a manual about it, too. I guess the angle was measured donor-acceptor-hydrogen. So if you want 120, set 120 and see if you get the expected view.

I have a problem in representing the HBonds. If I want to represent cutoff angle = 120 then what cutoff angle should I enter in VMD graphic representation. is it 120 or 60.
