Dear all,
            I am running simulations using namd where I get output.dcd file
for analysis at the last. But I want to see the snapshots after each step. I
use dcd freq as 2500. How can I see the pictures of my system after each
step? Unless I can see the picture I can't understand my simulation is going
wrong or right. I really really need to be able to see the system. Please
help me. I am new to namd.
