Announcement: BioCoRE Job Submission

BioCoRE now incorporates a new computational job submission tool. This tool will allow you to manage accounts on your computational resources and run and keep track of your jobs. It currently supports NAMD simulation runs on our local (UIUC TB group) machines, the PSC T3E, and the NCSA Origin 2000. (To take advantage of this tool, you must already have an account on one of those machines.)

To use the tool, sign up for a BioCoRE account (if you haven't already) and log in. Then select the "Submit Job" link from the main page of any project. We plan to support more supercomputers and applications soon, so keep checking in for updates.
